A: No. We will be glad to serve you for 1 embroidered garment of for 10000 or more.
Q: How long does the order take?
A: It will depend on the quantity. Our philosophy is to work in your order as soon as possible. The Production time on new orders can be around 7 to 10 business days. Repeat orders will take less time.
Q: Can you design my logo, or emblem?
A: In order to embroider an image, it is necessary to digitize it with a computer program (software) that turns that image into vectors and makes it understandable for the machine. We have these stitching programs and can embroider any kind of design or image.
Q: What format shall I use to send my own design in an image file?
A: You can send your design in any format (JPG, GIF, TIF, CDR, EPS, AI etc.). You have to specify the size (width and height of the design) in which you want to have the design embroidered.
Q: Can I use a design more than once?
A: You can use it as much as you want. You pay for the digitizing and can re-use it free of charge. In fact, you are the owner of the design, not us.
Q: I already have my design digitized in a file ready to be embroidered; shall I pay for the stitching process again?
A: No. If you already have the design processed, you just have to send it and we embroider what you need.
Q: How much is the stitching process to have my own logo embroidered?
A: It will depend on how complex the pattern is. On average, it is between US $50 to
US $75. You pay for the stitching process the first time and then re-use it as many times as you need it. For a quotation, fill in the quotation form and send it with your design.
Q: I have my own garments, can you embroider them?
A: Of course we can. You will have to pay just for the of the garments.
